At Expertmates, we strive to provide exceptional handyman services. We understand that there may be instances where our services do not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our handyman services, in compliance with Utah State laws.

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work performed, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Service Issues: Refunds may be issued if:

    • The service provided was not performed as agreed in the service contract.
    • The quality of workmanship does not meet industry standards.
    • The service was not completed within the agreed timeframe without a valid reason.
  2. Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind after the service has been completed.
    • Issues arising from misuse or alterations made by the customer after service completion.
    • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).

Refund Process
